Italian firm SIMEST, Northwest Regional Fund takes part in the project, MMTS "Sankt-Peterburg-Moskva", the Baltic Centre of Regional Researches. At a present stage, a primary factor, braking the stream of foreign investors to Russia, is absence of enough of the information on subjects of business, and also instability of structures which can act as intermediaries between the Russian business and foreign investors.
The purpose of the project - to give the Italian investors the authentic and full information on subjects of business of Northwest region of Russia, with use of information resources MMTS, SZRFPMP and BTSRI and also to create bank of business - plans of businessmen of Northwest for potential Italian investors.
